Haitian Cross
Masonry, Steel, Wood, Glass. During a trip as a child, I observed broken glass on the top of a wall next to a church. I kept asking my dad why they put the glass on the top of the wall as someone could get hurt. I remember the disparity of wealth on the island. I was amazed to see a gilded chapel a few yards away from open sewers. Haitian Cross
